Pengelolaan Program Kesetaraan Sebagai Pendidikan Alternatif di SKB Cerme Kabupaten Gresik
Abstract
This study examines the management of the Equivalency Program as an alternative form of education at SKB Cerme, Gresik Regency, using a qualitative case study approach to explore the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation processes that support program sustainability and effectiveness. The findings indicate that program management plays an important role in ensuring the continuity of learning through flexible scheduling, clear task distribution, and the development of a supportive learning environment. The success of the program is influenced by effective coordination, the commitment of program managers, and active learner participation, although several challenges remain, including limited facilities and infrastructure, inconsistent learner attendance, and time constraints in the learning process.
