Agresi fisik dalam Pacaran pada Perspektif Seksis

Abstract
Violence in society is manifested in various forms, one of which is physical aggression. Physical aggression is the root of many cases of violence in love relationships which are manifested by sexist attitudes. This study aims to explore that sexist attitudes are one of the triggers for physical aggression that occurs in romantic relationships. This study is a qualitative research using case studies with data collection in the form of structured interviews and observations. The subjects of this study were four perpetrators of physical aggression to their partners. In this study, it was found that sexist attitudes played a major role in physical aggression against partners in romantic relationships. The sexist attitudes found are divided into three, namely paternalism, gender differentiation, and heterosexuality.

Abstrak
Kekerasan di tengah masyarakat diwujudkan dalam berbagai bentuk salah satunya agresi fisik. Agresi fisik menjadi akar banyak kasus kekerasan dalam hubungan percintaan yang dimanifestasikan dari sikap seksis. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menggali bahwa sikap seksis sebagai salah satu pemicu agresi fisik yang terjadi pada hubungan percintaan. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara secara terstruktur dan observasi. Subjek dari studi ini adalah empat orang pelaku agresi fisik kepada pasangannya. Pada studi ini ditemukan bahwa sikap seksis berperan besar terhadap agresi fisik yang dilakukan kepada pasangan dalam hubungan percintaan. Sikap seksis yang ditemukan terbagi menjadi tiga berupa paternalisme, diferensiasi gender, dan heteroseksual.
