HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPRIBADIAN HARDINESS DENGAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING PADA KARYAWAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian hardiness dan psychological well-being pada karyawan instansi X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh dengan subyek 60 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala kepribadian hardiness dan skala psychological well-being. Data yang sudah diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisa dengan uji korelasi product moment menggunakan software SPSS 25.0 for windows. Dari hasil analisa data didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepribadian hardiness dengan psychological well-being pada karyawan instansi X yang ditunjukkan dengan taraf signifikansi yakni 0.000 (p<0.05) dengan nilai koefisiensi korelasi yakni 0.802. Sesuai hasil analisa tersebut maka bisa disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan serta positif antara kepribadian hardiness dan psychological well-being pada karyawan instansi X. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa makin tinggi kepribadian hardiness karyawan, maka makin tinggi juga psychological wellbeingnya. Begitupula sebaliknya, jika kepribadian hardiness rendah maka semakin rendah pula psychological wellbeing pada karyawan.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between personality hardiness and psychological well-being in employees of agency X. This study uses quantitative research methods. The sample used is a saturated sampling technique with 60 employees as the subject. The data collection technique used in this study used a personality hardiness scale and a psychological well-being scale. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed by using the product moment correlation test using SPSS 25.0 software for windows. From the results of data analysis, it was found that there is a relationship between personality hardiness and psychological well-being in agency X employees, which is indicated by a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.802. According to the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between personality hardiness and psychological well-being of employees of agency X. This shows that the higher the hardiness personality of the employees, the higher their psychological well-being. Vice versa, if the personality of hardiness is low, the psychological well-being of employees will also be lower.
