Sebaliknya jika semakin rendah beban kerja maka, semakin rendah pula kelelahan kerja.
Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Kelelahan Kerja, Mixing.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between workload and job burnout in mixing employees. This research was conducted using correlational quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique so that all members of the population become research subjects totaling 50 employees of the mixing section with the status of permanent employees. The instrument in this research is in the form of a workload scale and a job burnout scale. The type of instrument used in this study is a Likert scale. The data obtained were then analyzed using the product moment correlation test with the help of SPSS 24.0 software for windows. The results of the analysis showed that the correlation coefficient r was 0.775 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05). These results indicate that there is a unidirectional relationship between workload and job burnout on employees in the mixing department. This proves that the higher the workload, the higher the job burnout of the employees in the mixing department. On the other hand, the lower the workload, the lower the job burnout.
