HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DENGAN PERILAKU INOVATIF PADA GURU

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif pada guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi menjadi partisipan penelitian, dengan total 36 guru. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi dan skala perilaku inovatif yang dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson product moment untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel X dengan variabel Y dengan bantuan program SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan perilaku inovatif pada guru, dengan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,000 (p<0,05) dan nilai korelasi pearson yaitu 0,645. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan perilaku inovatif pada guru adalah hubungan yang kuat dan positif. Semakin tinggi persepsi dukungan organisasi, maka semakin tinggi perilaku inovatif pada guru.

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior on teachers. This study used correlational quantitative research method. The sampling method in this study used a saturated sampling technique where the entire population became research participants, with a total of 36 teachers. The research data were collected using a perceived organizational support scale and innovative behavior scale which is a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used Pearson product moment correlation analysis to determine the relationship between two variables using SPSS 25 for windows software. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior in teachers at educational institute X, with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) and a Pearson correlation value of 0.645. These results also showed that the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior on teachers of educational institute X is a strong and positive relationship. The higher the perceived organizational support, the higher the innovative behavior on teachers of educational institute X.
