KONSEP DIRI PADA REMAJA PEREMPUAN YANG MENJADI SAKSI KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA (KDRT)

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep diri remaja perempuan yang menjadi saksi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi terhadap tiga partisipan perempuan remaja akhir berusia 18-21 tahun yang menyaksikan KDRT selama lebih dari 10 tahun dan tiga orang significant others yang merupakan temat terdekat partisipan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah teknik analisis tematik dan uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Penelitian ini mengkaji gambaran konsep diri dalam lima aspek utama yang menunjukkan bahwa tiga perempuan remaja akhir yang menyaksikan KDRT secara terus-menerus selama lebih dari 10 tahun mengembangkan konsep diri ke arah negatif.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the self-concept of adolescent girls who are witnesses of domestic violence. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The technique of collecting data was through semi-structured interviews and observation of three female participants in late teens aged 18-21 years who witnessed domestic violence for more than 10 years and three significant others who were the closest friends of the participants. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is the thematic analysis technique and the data validity test using triangulation of data sources. This study examines the picture of self-concept in five main aspects which shows that three late adolescent girls who witnessed domestic violence continuously for more than 10 years developed a negative self-concept.
