PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DAN PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA BEM FAKULTAS X DI MASA PANDEMI

Abstrak
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh antara komunikasi organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada BEM Fakultas X di masa pandemi. Desain penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 70 orang anggota BEM Fakultas X melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang sudah diperoleh diuji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas lalu dilanjut dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat korelasi secara signifikan baik itu secara parsial maupun simultan. (1) komunikasi organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi secara signifikan 0,028 < 0,05. (2) persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi secara signifikan 0,00 < 0,005. (3) komunikasi organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi secara signifikan 0,00 < 0,05. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi maka harus memberikan komunikasi secara jelas dan tepat sasaran serta dukungan yang baik untuk anggotanya terlebih masa pandemi yang menghambat kegiatan dari organisasi di BEM Fakultas X ini.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational communication and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment at BEM Faculty X during the pandemic. The design of this research is quantitative with the number of subjects as many as 70 members of BEM Faculty X through purposive sampling technique. The data that has been obtained were tested using the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, then continued with multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate a significant correlation either partially or simultaneously. (1) organizational communication on organizational commitment significantly 0.028 < 0.05. (2) the perception of organizational support for organizational commitment is significantly 0.00 < 0.005. (3) organizational communication and perceived organizational support for organizational commitment significantly 0.00 < 0.05. The implication of this research shows that if to increase organizational commitment, it must provide clear and targeted communication and good support for its members first during the pandemic which hampers the activities of the organization at BEM Faculty X.
