GAMBARAN SELF EFFICACY MAHASISWA PENYINTAS COVID-19 YANG MENYELESAIKAN TUGAS AKHIR

Masa pandemi mempersempit ruang gerak seluruh masyarakat dunia dalam beraktifitas seperti bekerja, belajar, bersosialisasi demi mencegah penularan virus corona. Segala upaya penanganan covid 19 telah dilakukan, namun tidak menutup kemungkinan terinfeksi covid 19 yang membahayakan, sehingga ditemukan banyak masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan yang terinfeksi covid-19 diantaranya mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika dan faktor-faktor self efficacy pada mahasiswa penyintas Covid-19 yang menyelesaikan tugas akhir yang mana memberikan dampak terhadap proses pengambilan data tugas akhir. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, kemudian partisipan ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan tiga orang partisipan yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber data bahwa ketiga partisipan mengalami tiga dinamika self-efficacy diantarnya magnitude, generality dan strength. Kemudian, peneliti menemukan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi ketiga partisipan adalah keberhasilan dimasa lalu dan keberhasilan yang berasal dari orang lain.

Abstract
The pandemic period has narrowed the space for all world communities to move in activities such as work, study, socializing in order to prevent the transmission of the corona virus. All efforts to deal with covid-19 have been carried out, but it does not rule out the possibility of being infected with dangerous covid 19, so that many people from various circles are infected with covid-19, including final year students who are working on their final project. This study aims to determine the dynamics and factors of self-efficacy in Covid-19 survivor students who complete the final project which has an impact on the final project data collection process. This study is a case study using a qualitative approach, then participants are determined using the purposive sampling method with three participants who meet the criteria. The data analysis technique used was the triangulation of data sources that the three participants experienced three dynamics of self-efficacy, including magnitude, generality and strength. Then, the researchers found that the factors that influenced the three participants were past successes and successes that came from others.
