Struktur organisasi merupakan faktor penting dalam pengelolaan perusahaan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara struktur organisasi dan kinerja karyawan, serta bagaimana berbagai dimensi struktur organisasi seperti sentralisasi, pembagian tugas, dan komunikasi memengaruhi kinerja di berbagai sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan fokus pada peran dimensi struktur seperti sentralisasi dan komunikasi internal. enelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan menganalisis artikel-artikel yang relevan dari berbagai sumber ilmiah terindeks Sinta dan Scopus. Seleksi artikel dilakukan berdasarkan relevansi topik dan kredibilitas publikasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan memetakan temuan-temuan utama dari penelitian terkait dan melakukan sintesis untuk mendapatkan gambaran komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Struktur yang jelas dan efektif dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Namun, tingkat pengaruhnya bervariasi tergantung pada sektor dan faktor kontekstual lainnya. Dimensi seperti sentralisasi dan komunikasi internal memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya desain struktur organisasi yang tepat dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar rekomendasi bagi organisasi dalam merancang struktur yang optimal, dengan memperhatikan konteks dan budaya organisasi untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal.
Abstract
Organizational structure is an important factor in corporate management that can influence employee performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational structure and employee performance, as well as how various dimensions of organizational structure, such as centralization, division of tasks, and communication, affect performance in various sectors. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational structure on employee performance, focusing on the role of structural dimensions such as centralization and internal communication. The study employs a literature review approach, analyzing relevant articles from various indexed scientific sources such as Sinta and Scopus. Article selection was based on topic relevance and publication credibility. The analysis was conducted by mapping the main findings from related studies and synthesizing them to obtain a comprehensive overview. The research findings indicate that organizational structure has a significant influence on employee performance. A clear and effective structure can enhance productivity and work efficiency. However, the extent of its influence varies depending on the sector and other contextual factors. Dimensions such as centralization and internal communication play a crucial role in improving employee performance. This study emphasizes the importance of designing an appropriate organizational structure to support employee performance. These findings can serve as a basis for recommendations to organizations in designing an optimal structure, taking into account the context and culture of the organization to achieve maximum results.
