Hubungan Followership Efektif dengan Kinerja Organisasi pada Tim Hybrid: Sebuah Systematic Literature Review

Pergeseran paradigma kerja menuju sistem hybrid menuntut organisasi tidak hanya bergantung pada efektivitas kepemimpinan, tetapi juga pada kualitas pengikut (followers), sehingga muncul kebutuhan untuk memahami peran followership dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi effective followership dengan kinerja organisasi dalam konteks kerja hybrid. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengadopsi standar PRISMA 2020 untuk memastikan transparansi dan akurasi proses seleksi literatur. Penelusuran dilakukan melalui database bereputasi global, yaitu ProQuest, ScienceDirect, dan Scopus, serta didukung oleh Google Scholar, hingga diperoleh 12 artikel empiris yang relevan sebagai dasar analisis sintesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara effective followership dengan kinerja organisasi dan tim, di mana karakteristik seperti inisiatif tinggi, tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan sinergi, keterlibatan kerja, dan produktivitas. Selain itu, keberhasilan koordinasi kerja jarak jauh dipengaruhi oleh otonomi kerja, efikasi diri, dan kepercayaan tim. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas pengikut memiliki peran strategis dalam keberlanjutan organisasi di era hybrid, sehingga pengembangannya perlu menjadi prioritas dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia.
