PENGARUH SOSIALISASI PEMILIHAN BUPATI TAHUN 2015 OLEH KPUD KABUPATEN SIDOARJO TERHADAP TINGKAT PARTISIPASI POLITIK DI WILAYAH PETA AREA TERDAMPAK LUAPAN LUMPUR LAPINDO DESA KETAPANG KECAMATAN TANGGULANGIN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh sosialisasi pemilihan Bupati Tahun 2015 oleh KPUD Kabupaten Sidoarjo terhadap tingkat partisipasi politik di wilayah Area Terdampak Luapan Lumpur Lapindo Desa Ketapang. Sosialisasi Pemilihan adalah proses penyampaian informasi tentang tahapan dan program penyelenggaraan Pemilihan. Partisipasi politik adalah keikutsertaan warga Desa dalam mengikuti setiap tahapan Pemilihan Bupati Sidoarjo 2015 yang diwujudkan dalam  kegiatan mengikuti kampanye politik, memberikan suara, dan menjadi panitia pemilihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Sedangkan, untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisa prosentase dan uji statistik non parametik yaitu Wilcoxon Matched Pairs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penilaian warga Desa Ketapang terhadap proses sosialisasi pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati tahun 2015 oleh KPUD Kabupaten Sidoarjo untuk menyampaikan materi Sosialisasi melalui metode komunikasi tatap muka, metode komunikasi melalui media massa serta elektronik, dan melalui metode Mobilisasi Massa menunjukkan perolehan rata–rata  skor sebesar 38,45% dengan kategori penilaian Kurang baik. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test antara sosialisasi Pemilihan Bupati Tahun 2015 yang dilakukan oleh KPUD Kabupaten Sidoarjo terhadap tingkat Partisipasi Politik di wiliyah Area terdampak Luapan Lumpur Lapindo Desa Ketapang Ketapang Kecamatan Tanggulangin yang tertera dalam perhitungan diatas  z hitung   sebesar 1.488 dan nilai  taraf kesalahan 0,025 (p), maka harga Z tabel  5,04 (2946). Ternyata z hitung lebih kecil daripada Z tabel. dengan demikian Ho diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of socialization head election in 2015 by the Sidoarjo district commissioner of the level of political participation in the region Areas Affected by Storm Lumpur Lapindo Ketapang village. Election Socialization is the process of delivering information about the stages and Elections program. Political participation is the participation of the village residents in following every stage of Sidoarjo Regent Election of 2015 embodied in the activities of political campaigning, voting, and became the election committee. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, for data analysis techniques using percentage analysis techniques and non parametric statistical tests, namely Wilcoxon Matched Pairs. The results showed that the assessment of citizens Ketapang village towards the socialization process of the election of Regent and Vice Regent in 2015 by the district commissioner Sidoarjo to deliver material Socialization through the method of face to face communication, communication methods through mass media as well as electronics, and through the methods of mobilization Massa showed average achieved a score of 38.45% with less good ratings category. Results Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test between socialization Election of Regents in 2015 conducted by the Election Commission Sidoarjo regency to the level of political participation in wiliyah Areas affected overflow Lumpur Lapindo village of Ketapang District of Tanggulangin contained in the above calculation of z count of 1,488 and the value of standard error of 0.025 (p ), then the price of Z table 5.04 (2946). Turns count z is smaller than the Z table. hence Ho accepted.
