PEMANFAATAN TUNJANGAN PROFESI PENDIDIK OLEH GURU SMP NEGERI DI KOTA BLITAR

             Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendiskripsikan gambaran umum pemanfaatan Tunjangan Profesi Pendidik (TPP) oleh guru-guru SMP Negeri di kota Blitar. Rata-rata nilai Ujian Kompetensi Guru (UKG) di kota Blitar dari tahun 2012 sampai 2015   di atas rata-rata nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 155 guru dari seluruh SMP Negeri yang ada di kota Blitar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan TPP oleh guru di SMP Negeri kota Blitar ini ada yang digunakan untuk menunjang kompetensi dan ada yang tidak, terutama kompetensi pedagogik dan profesionalisme. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa dari keseluruhan jumlah responden sebanyak 70% untuk menunjang peningkatan kompetensi. Sedangkan sisanya 30% menggunakan Tunjangan Profesi Pendidik (TPP) untuk konsumtif (untuk kebutuhan lain yang non kompetensi).

Abstract

                   This research was conducted with the purpose to describe a general overview of the utilization benefits professionals educators (TPP) by teachers in Junior High School that from the beginning of UKG 2012 until 2015, Blitar always get score above the national average. This research used type of quantitative approach and descriptive methods. Respondents in this research is 155 teachers from all of Junior High School in Blitar City. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that teachers in Junior High School of Blitar in utilizing the existing TPP is used to support the competence and some are not. From the data analysis result known that from the total number of respondents was 70% to support the promotion of competence. While the remaining 30% using benefits professionals educators(TPP) for the consumer (for other needs of the non-competence).
