UPAYA SEKOLAH DALAM MEWUJUDKAN BUDAYA RELIGIUS SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN KEPATUHAN SISWA TERHADAP TATA TERTIB DI SMAN 1 NGLAMES

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya Sekolah dalam mewujudkan budaya religius sebagai upaya peningkatan kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib di sekolah SMAN 1 Nglames? Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, sebab penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena atau gejala sosial tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu model analisis data interaksi.Dari hasil penelitian upayasekolah bahwa sekolah dengan budaya religius adalah  infaq, membudayakan do’a bersama di awal dan akhir pelajaran, zakat fitrah, dan pondok romadhon efektif diterapkan dalam sekolahan saat ini dimana tidak ada kontak fisik lagi. Melatih siswa menjadi siswa yang tidak pandai dalam pengetahuan saja tetapi juga mempunyai jiwa religius yang baik. Kebiasaan-kebiasan tersebut akan menciptakan karakter pada siswa yakni kedisiplinan dan mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam menuntut ilmu dengan baik.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how to realize the role of the Principal in religious culture as an effort to improve compliance with the discipline of students in the school SMAN 1 Nglames?In theory, Biddle and Thomas split the terminology in the theory of the role of the four groups, namely 1 People who take part in social interaction. 2 The behavior which appears in the interaction. 3 The position of the people in the behavior and 4 Linkages between people and behavior. This research is descriptive qualitative, because this study intends to understand social phenomena or symptoms of what is experienced by research subjects. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation of data analysis techniques while using Miles and Huberman models namely interaction data analysis models.The research that the principal role of the principal with the religious culture infaq, cultivate a prayer together at the beginning and end of the lesson, tithes, and cottage Romadhon effectively implemented in schools today where there is no physical contact again. Train students into students who are not proficient in knowledge but also have a good religious life. Habits-habits that will create a character in students the discipline and have responsibilities in their studies well
