Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Seruni terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Desa Ngancar Kecamatan Plaosan Kabupaten Magetan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of empowering the women's farming group (KWT) of Chrysanthemum on improving the community's economy in Ngancar Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type.This research is located in Ngancar Village, RT/RW 13/02, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and observation with a total of 67 respondents. This study uses data analysis techniques prerequisite test analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data show that the H1 hypothesis is accepted with a significance value of less than 0.05. It can be concluded that the variable empowerment of KWT of Chrysanthemum has an effect on increasing the community's economy. The results of the R² determination analysis measure that the empowerment variable has an effect of 60.2% on increasing the community's economy. This means that the higher the empowerment effort, the higher the community's economic improvement
