Abstract
This training is a form of non-formal education that plays a crucial role in improving participants' vocational skills, particularly in the beauty industry as Make-Up Artists (MUAs). By participating in MUA training, participants not only gain insight into makeup but also gain practical experience that can serve as a starting point for developing skills in the beauty industry, both for personal needs and as a foundation for identifying career opportunities and businesses in makeup services.

Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation.
