Literature Review: The Impact of Inquiry-Based Learning Models on Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Students still often make mistakes in understanding math material. Often students think that mathematics is a difficult and unimportant subject in daily life. This study aims to analyze the influence of inquiry learning on mathematics learning outcomes in classroom teaching and learning activities. Inquiry learning is an approach that emphasizes the active involvement of students in the process of discovering mathematical concepts through questions, exploration, and reflection. This research uses literature research techniques, searching for journals through google scholar and related to inquiry learning topics. The data began using the identification, organization and synthesis stages. Based on data sources, the authors found ten scientific journals on the use of inquiry approaches to mathematics learning.
