LoA Verification

MATHEdunesa issues a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) only after a manuscript has completed peer review and received a final acceptance decision from the Editor-in-Chief. The journal does not issue an LoA on submission, during review, on the basis of a conditional decision, or in exchange for payment.

An authentic LoA:

• is printed on the official letterhead of MATHEdunesa and Universitas Negeri Surabaya;
• carries a unique reference number;
• states the manuscript title, the authors, and the date of acceptance;
• is signed by the Editor-in-Chief; and
• is sent only from [email protected] or through the journal’s OJS system.

Verification. Institutions, evaluators, or other parties who want to verify an LoA may email the MATHEdunesa Editorial Office at [email protected], attaching a copy of the LoA, with the subject line “LoA Verification – [Reference Number]”. The Editorial Team will confirm whether the LoA is authentic. For confidentiality, the journal will not provide further details about the manuscript.

Any LoA that cannot be confirmed by the Editorial Office should be regarded as not issued by MATHEdunesa. Suspected fraudulent LoAs may also be reported to the same address.
