KONSEP DIRI PEMAIN FLAG FOOTBALL

Abstrak
Konsep diri merupakan persepsi penilaian individu terhadap dirinya sendiri. Konsep diri diperlukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana individu menilai dirinya selama ini agar ia dapat mengetahui ingin menjadi apa dirinya yang akan datang. Flag football merupakan olahraga yang terbilang baru di Indonesia. Flag football adalah olahraga dengan satu tim berisikan 8 orang pemain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana olahraga flag football sebagai ajang untuk para pemainnya dalam menemukan konsep diri. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk meneliti konsep diri para pemain flag football. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi dengan analisis data model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian ini menggunakan sepuluh orang partisipan dari tim flag football yang ada di Surabaya. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan 4 tema. Pertama tentang ketertarikan terhadap flag football. Kedua pengetahuan tentang flag football. Ketiga harapan pemain tentang flag football. Keempat konsep diri para pemain. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya konsep diri pemain flag football yang positif dalam setiap pemain dan perbedaan kematangan usia dalam penyampaian harapan untuk diri mereka.

Abstract
Self concept is an individual perception of him/herself. The self concept is necessary needed to know how far is someone perceive him/herself in order to know what he/she can figure out what he/she wants to be. Flag football is a relatively new sport in Indonesia. Flag football is a sport with involved eight players in each team. This research is made to examine the self concept of flag football players. This research using method of phenomenology with the interactive model of data analysis Miles and Hubermain’s. This research have ten participans from flag football team in Surabaya. From this research found four themes. Frist is about interesting to flag football. Second is knowledge about flag football. Third is hoping about flag football players. Fourth is about self concept flag football players. The result of this research is the discovery of self concept of positive flag football players in each player and the difference of the maturity in hoping for him/herself.
