Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kematangan karir pada siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 118 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria subjek, yaitu siswa kelas XI yang sudah mengikuti praktek kerja industri. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah skala efikasi diri dan kematangan karir. Hasil analisis data antara efikasi diri dengan kematangan karir menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,411 (r=0,411) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05), artinya terdapat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kematangan karir pada siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self efficacy with career maturity in students of class XI in SMKN 1 Surabaya. The method used in this research is correlational with the subject of research as many as 118 students. This research uses purposive sampling technique by considering subject criterion, that is student of class XI which have follow industrial practice. Instrument in this research is self efficacy scale and career maturity. The results of data analysis between self-efficacy with career maturity showed a correlation coefficient of 0.411 (r = 0.411) with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), meaning there is a relationship between self efficacy with career maturity in students of class XI in SMKN 1 Surabaya.
