Perbedaan Strategi Regulasi Emosi Antara Atlet Cabang Olahraga Permainan, Akurasi Dan Beladiri

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan strategi regulasi emosi antara atlet cabang olahraga permainan, akurasi dan beladiri di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Strategi regulasi emosi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah strategi regulasi suppression dan reappraisal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 900 atlet di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah skala strategi regulasi emosi. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah one-way anova. Hasil dari analisis data menunjukkan koefisien perbedaan sebesar 0,000 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) yang berarti terdapat perbedaan strategi regulasi emosi antara atlet cabang olahraga permainan, akurasi dan beladiri di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Olahraga permainan cenderung menggunakan strategi regulasi emosi suppression, olahraga akurasi cenderung menggunakan strategi regulasi emosi reappraisal dan olahraga beladiri cenderung menggunakan strategi regulasi emosi suppression.
