HUBUNGAN ANTARA IKLIM ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA GURU DI SMK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada guru di SMK.  Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan skala iklim organisasi dan skala organizational citizenship behavior. Subyek dari penelitian ini berjumlah 35 guru. Hasil analisis data melalui uji product moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,837 (r = 0,837) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05), bermakna bahwa hipotesis “terdapat hubungan antara  iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada guru SMK” diterima. Hubungan dua variabel searah, dapat diartikan jika semakin tinggi iklim organisasi maka akan semakin positif nilai organizational citizenship behavior.  Sebaliknya, semakin rendah iklim organisasi maka akan semakin negatif pula nilai organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior among teachers in vocational high schools. Research carried out by quantitative methods. The instruments are arranged based on the scale of the organizational climate and the scale of organizational citizenship behavior. Subject of the researchers amounted to 35 teachers. The results of data analysis through the product moment test, obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.837 (r = 0.837) with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05), meaning that the hypothesis "there is a relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior in vocational teachers" is accepted. The relationship between two variables is one-way, it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational climate, the more positive the value of organizational citizenship behavior will be. Conversely, the lower the organizational climate, the more negative the value of organizational citizenship behavior.
