KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS: FAKTOR DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA GURU PAUD

Abstrak
Salah satu aspek penting yang harus ditingkatkan pada diri karyawan adalah komitmen organisasi. Karyawan yang memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kemajuan organisasi. Hal tersebut tidak hanya berlaku bagi karyawan perusahaan, namun para guru juga harus memiliki komitmen terhadap lembaga tempat mereka mengajar. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi adalah kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dengan komitmen organisasi pada guru PAUD. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 orang guru PAUD yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria minimal masa kerja selama 3 tahun. Untuk mengambil data, digunakan instrumen Skala Komitmen Organisasi dan Skala Kesejahteraan Psikologis. Dalam menganalisa digunakan teknik korelasi rank spearman dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dengan komitmen organisasi pada guru PAUD. Nilai koefisien menunjukkan bahwa korelasi masuk dalam kategori kuat dan bersifat searah.

Abstract
One important aspect that must be improved in employees is organizational commitment. Employees who have high organizational commitment will make a positive contribution to the progress of the organization. This does not only apply to company employees, but teachers must also have a commitment to the institutions where they teach. One of the factors that influence organizational commitment is psychological well-being. This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological well-being and organizational commitment to PAUD teachers. The subjects in this study amounted to 32 PAUD teachers who were selected based on a purposive sampling technique with the minimum criteria of working for 3 years. To collect data, the instruments of Organizational Commitment Scale and Psychological Welfare Scale were used. In analyzing used Spearman rank correlation technique with the help of SPSS 25 application for windows. The test results show that there is a relationship between psychological well-being and organizational commitment to PAUD teachers. The coefficient value indicates that the correlation is in the strong category and is unidirectional.
