This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee enagement of production employees. The method of this research is quantitative method. The subjects used were 40 employees of the production division and obtained by saturated sampling technique. This research data collection uses a scale consisting of a perceived organizational support scale with an employee engagement scale. For data analysis using product moment correlation test with SPSS 25.0 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and employee engagement in production employees, because the significance value obtained is 0.001 > 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.509. So, it can be concluded that there is a positive significant relationship between variables. This means that if the perceived level of organizational support possessed by an employee is high, the employee engagement will be higher, and conversely if the perceived organizational support for an employee is low, the employee engagement will be lower.
Keywords: perceived organizational support, employee engagement, production employee.
