HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DENGAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING PADA GURU

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan psychological well-being
pada guru. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan jumlah
sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan 44 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data
dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari skala kualitas kehidupan kerja dan skala psychological wellbeing.
Data penelitian yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dengan menggunakan
software SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kualitas
kehidupan kerja dengan psychological well-being pada guru. Hasil ini dibuktikan dari taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000
(p<0.05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,813. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat
hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan psychological well-being pada guru. Hal ini
menunjukkan jika semakin tinggi kualitas kehidupan kerja, maka akan semakin tinggi juga psychological well-being pada
sekolah tersebut. Begitupun sebaliknya, jika semakin rendah kualitas kehidupan kerja makan semakin rendah juga
psychological well-being.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of work life with psychological well-being of teachers.
The method in this study uses correlational quantitative research methods. Taking the number of samples in this study
using a saturated sample technique using 44 teachers. The data collection technique in this study used a scale consisting
of a quality of work life scale and a scale of psychological well-being. The research data obtained were analyzed using the
product moment correlation test using SPSS 25.0 software for windows. The results of the analysis of the data obtained
show that there is a relationship between the quality of work life and the psychological well-being of teachers. This result
is evidenced by the significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.813. Based on these results, it
can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between the quality of work life and the psychological
well-being of teachers. This shows that the higher the quality of work life, the higher the psychological well-being at the
school. On the other hand, the lower the quality of work life, the lower the psychological well-being.
