PERBANDINGAN PENGGUNAAN EYEBROW CREAM DAN EYEBROW CHALK SEBAGAI KOSMETIK PEMBENTUKAN ALIS TERHADAP HASIL FOTO MAKE UP UNDERWATER

Make up dalam Bahasa Indonesia disebut dengan tata rias adalah suatu kegiatan mengubah penampilan seseorang dengan bantuan bahan, alat, dan kosmetik. Make up underwater adalah suatu tindakan yang dilakukan untuk menunjang penampilan dalam kesempatan foto underwater dengan mengaplikasikan kosmetik yang tahan air atau yang biasa disebut waterproof. Salah satu kosmetik yang digunakan yaitu eyebrow. Eyebrow merupakan kosmetik yang digunakan untuk membentuk dan mempertegas alis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kerapihan bentuk alis, ketegasan karakter mata, proporsi bentuk alis setelah melakukan foto make up underwater (2) mengetahui hasil tata rias wajah setelah melakukan foto make up underwater. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah make up underwater. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan rubrik penilaian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil terbaik dalam penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan eyebrow jenis cream. Penggunaan eyebrow jenis cream terbukti dapat menunjang penampilan khususnya pada bagian alis dalam kegiatan foto make up underwater yang dapat dilihat pada 2 menit ketiga setelah dilakukan penyelaman kedalam air, alis tetap terlihat rapi karena tidak terjadi perubahan pada bentuk alis, ketegasan karakter mata tetap sama seperti sebelum dilakukan penyelaman hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingkat ketajaman warna, proporsi bentuk alis tetap sesuai dengan bentuk mata. Hasil rata-rata penggunaan eyebrow jenis cream dari 4 aspek yaitu aspek kerapihan pembentukan alis memperoleh nilai 3,8, aspek ketegasan karakter mata memperoleh nilai 3,64, aspek proporsi bentuk alis memperoleh nilai 3,88, aspek keseluruhan hasil akhir riasan memperoleh nilai 3,92.

Abstract

Make up, in Indonesian called tata-rias, is an activity to change ones appearance with the help of materials, tools, and cosmetics. Underwater make up is an action taken to support the appearance of underwater photo opportunities by applying waterproof cosmetics or commonly called waterproof. One of the cosmetics used is eyebrow. Eyebrow is a cosmetic used to shape and emphasize eyebrows. This study aims to (1) determine the sharpness of the color, the firmness of eye character, the proportion of the shape of the eyebrows after taking underwater makeup photo (2) to know the results of facial makeup after doing underwater makeup photo. This type of research is experimental research. The subjects in this research is underwater makeup. Data collection methods in this study used observation sheets and assessment rubrics. The data analysis technique used is the Independent Sample T-Test. The best results in this study are the use of eyebrow cream. The use of eyebrow cream type is proven to support the appearance, especially on the eyebrows in underwater make up photo activities which can be seen in the third 2 minutes after the brow dive still looks neat because there is no change in the shape of the eyebrows, the firmness of the eye character remains the same as before diving it can be seen from the level of color sharpnees, the proporation of eyebrow shape remains in accordance with the shape of the eye. The results of the average use of eyebrow cream type are shown in 4 aspects, namely the aspect of the neatness of the formation of eyebrows, which obtained a value of 3.8, the aspect of the firmness of the eye character, that received a value of 3.64, the aspect of the shape of the eyebrows obtained a value of 3.88, the overall aspect of the final makeup result obtained a value of 3.92.
