Hypertension is a condition where systolic blood pressure ?140 mmHg and diastolic ?90 mmHg. Kanor Health Center is ranked third with the highest hypertension cases in Bojonegoro with 16,853 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between consumption of sugar, salt, fat (SSF), and physical activity with blood pressure in pre-elderly people in Simorejo Village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a analytic research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and obtained 95 respondents. Data collection using Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) for SSF intake data, on physical activity using Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ). Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. Of the four variables studied, namely sugar chi square test p value 0.018 (<0.05), spearman rank test 0.018 (<0.05) correlation coefficient value 0.242; salt chi square test p value 0.007 (<0.05), spearman rank test 0.006 (<0.05) correlation coefficient value 0.278; fat chi square test p value 0.029 (<0.05), spearman rank test 0.029 (<0.05) correlation coefficient value 0.224; showed a significant relationship between SSF consumption and blood pressure in Simorejo Village. However, in physical activity, the results of the chi square test obtained a p value of 0.064 (>0.05), the spearman rank test 0.64 (>0.05) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.191 showed no relationship between physical activity and blood pressure in Simorejo Village, this is because respondents with moderate and heavy physical activity ? respondents with light physical activity. It is expected to reduce SSF consumption and do proper and regular physical activity. Keywords: Consumption of Sugar, Salt, Fat, Physical Activity, Blood PressureDownloads
