Abstract

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna hidup perempuan pekerja seks di masa dewasa awal. Gambaran mengenai bagaimana mereka mencari makna hidup seperti apa yang menjadi sumber nilai makna hidup perempuan pekerja dalam masa dewasa awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari lima orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian ini partisipan menunjukkan respon berbeda dalam proses menemukan makna hidup, realisasi makna hidup, evaluasi pencapaian makna hidup. Makna hidup yang terbentuk setiap individu sangat berbeda karena adanya pengaruh faktor latar belakang kehidupan, kondisi ekonomi, cara menghadapi masalah serta cara mereka mampu bangkit dari keterpurukkan, sehingga hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi makna hidupnya.

Abstract

The researchers to determine the meaning of life of female sex workers in early adulthood. The description of how they look for the meaning of life as what is the source of the meaning of life for working women in early adulthood. This research using qualitative research phenomenology, Subject of this research consists of five people with purposive sampling techniques. Technical data using interpretive analysis of phenomenological data (IPA). The results of this study participants are participants who have different responses about their finding the meaning of life, evaluation of the achievement of the meaning of life. The meaning of life that is formed by each individual is very different because of the influence of the background of life, economic conditions, how to deal with problems and how they are able to rise from adversity. So that it can affect the meaning of his life.
