Abstrak
Kepuasan kerja menjadi hal yang ingin dicapai oleh karyawan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan operasional Divisi Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan operasional Divisi Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) yang berjumlah 68 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala persepsi terhadap lingkungan kerja dan skala kepuasan kerja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan software SPSS 24 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga terhadapat hubungan antara persepsi terhadap lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan operasional Divisi Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan PT PAL Indonesia (Persero).

Abstract
Job satisfaction is an aspect that all employees want to achieve in the workplace. This study aims to determine the correlation between perseption of work environment and job satisfaction in operational employees of improvement and maintenance divition of PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). The research method used is quantitative. Subject in this study is 68 peoples of an operational employees in improvement and maintenance divition of PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. Measurement instrument used in this research were perception of work environment scale and job satisfaction scale. The data analysis performed by Pearson Product Moment technique with software SPSS 24 for windows.The result of this study that have been done show that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, that can be concluded there is a positive relationship between perception of work environment and job satisfaction in operational employees of improvement and maintenance divition of PT PAL Indonesia (Persero).
