HUBUNGAN ANTARA PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING DENGAN KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN DINAS X

Abstrak
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui hubungan antara Psychological Well-Being dengan Keterikatan Kerja pada karyawan Dinas X dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan bentuk penelitian korelasi. Subjek yang digunakan sejumlah 44 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah skala psychological well-being, serta skala keterikatan kerja yang disusun dalam bentuk skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dari kedua variabel adalah 0.000 dan nilai koefisien korelasinya adalah 0.677. Hal tersebut menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Hasil juga menunjukkan hubungan kedua variabel positif dan searah, artinya apabila Psychological well-being meningkat maka keterikatan kerja juga akan meningkat, dan begitu pula sebaliknya apabila psychological well-being menurun, keterikatan kerja juga akan menurun.

Abstract
This study aims to know the relationship between Psychological Well-Being and Work Engagement of Service X employees with quantitative research methods and forms of correlation research. The subject used is 44 people. The research instrument is the psychological well-being scale, and the work engagement scale which is arranged in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the product-moment. The results of data analysis show the significant value of the two variables is 0.000, and the correlation coefficient is 0.677. It shows that there is a significant relationship between the two variables. The results also show that the relationship between the two variables is positive and unidirectional, meaning that if psychological well-being increase, work engagement will also increase, and vice versa, if psychological well-being decreas, work engagement will also decrease.
