Hubungan Antara Kepribadian Proaktif Dengan Adaptabilitas Karier Siswa SMK X

Adaptabilitas karier bisa dilakukan pada siswa prakerin karena siswa melakukan transisi antara dunia sekolah dengan dunia kerja. Dalam menghadapi tantangan di lingkungan kerja baru, siswa perlu beradaptasi dan berperan aktif, di mana kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier sangat membantu dalam proses ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dengan adaptabilitas karier siswa SMK X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 428 siswa. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala adaptabilitas karier dan skala kepribadian proaktif. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis korelasi. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p < 0.05) dan nilai taraf korelasi (r) sebesar 0.714 Sehingga hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dengan adaptabilitas karier siswa SMK X dinyatakan diterima. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang positif, maka semakin tinggi kepribadian proaktif pada siswa maka semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas karier pada siswa.
Abstract
Career adaptability is possible for internship students because students make the transition between the school world and the world of work. In facing challenges in the new work environment, students need to adapt and play an active role, where proactive personality and career adaptability are very helpful in this process. This study aims to determine the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability of SMK X students. The method used in this research is quantitative with 428 students as subjects. The instruments in this study used a career adaptability scale and a proactive personality scale. Data analysis techniques in this study are correlation analysis techniques. Based on data analysis, the significance value is 0.000 (p <0.05) and the correlation level value (r) is 0.714 so that the hypothesis that there is a relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability of SMK X students is accepted. The result of this study is that there is a positive relationship, so the higher the proactive personality in students, the higher the career adaptability in students.
