Abstract
This research aims to determine the level of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among elementary school teachers in district X. The problem formulation outlined in this research is "What is the level of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among elementary school teachers in district X?" This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with stratified random sampling and obtained 216 elementary school teacher subjects in District X. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire containing a scale of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with 32 items and a reliability value of 0.927. Meanwhile, the research technique used is the categorization of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among elementary school teachers. The research results were obtained based on the accumulation of several factors such as age, gender, and length of service. Based on these results, the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of elementary school teachers falls into the high category. This is evidenced by the categorization test, which shows that OCB among elementary school teachers is dominated by the high category with a score of 96 ≤ X, with a total of 201 teachers (93.1%). Although in some aspects OCB is still in the moderate category, many elementary school teachers have already shown OCB behavior by being committed and responsible for their work and are able to foster a strong sense of family among all teachers.
