Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini ialah guna mengetahui hubungan antara leader member exchange dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada guru di salah satu SMK. Metode kuantitatif korelasional digunakan di dalam penelitian ini. Teknik sampling jenuh digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan jumlah seluruh populasi sebanyak 70 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi skala leader member exchange dan skala organizational citizenship behavior. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson product moment.  Hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara leader member exchange dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada guru di salah satu SMK. Hal ini dibuktikan dari taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.720. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara leader member exchange dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada guru di SMK tersebut. Hubungan yang positif atau searah ini menunjukkan bahwa jika angka leader member exchange cenderung tinggi maka angka dari organizational citizenship behavior juga akan tinggi. Berlaku juga sebaliknya, jika angka leader member exchange rendah maka angka dari organizational citizenship behavior juga akan rendah.

This study aims to determine the relationship between leader-member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior in teachers in one vocational school. The quantitative correlational method was used in this study. A saturated sampling technique was used in this study with 70 people. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire containing the leader-member exchange scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale. The data were analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation test. The data analysis results showed a relationship between leader-member exchange and teachers' organizational citizenship behavior in one of the vocational schools. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.720. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the leader-member exchange and the organizational citizenship behavior of the teachers in the SMK. This positive or unidirectional relationship indicates that if the number of leader-member exchanges tends to be high, the number of organizational citizenship behavior will also be high. On the other hand, if the leader-member exchange rate is low, the organizational citizenship behavior will also be low.
