Hubungan Antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Pada Karyawan

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang muncul pada karyawan yang mengarah pada komitmen organisasi di PT X. Komitmen organisasi adalah sebuah konstruk psikologis berupa karakteristik hubungan antara anggota dengan organisasinya yang berdampak pada keputusan seseorang untuk tetap mempertahankan keanggotaannya dalam berorganisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi ada atau tidak hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 94 orang karyawan dari PT X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Uji dipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pearson product moment dengan bantuan software JASP. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kedua variabel berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan nilai r = 0.797 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.05). Hal ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dalam kategori kuat antara variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan.
Abstract
This study is motivated by a phenomenon observed among employees that points to organizational commitment at Company X. Organizational commitment is a psychological construct that reflects the nature of the relationship between members and their organization, influencing an individual's decision to remain a part of the organization. The purpose of this study is to identify whether there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment among employees. The research subjects consisted of 94 employees from Company X, selected using a saturated sampling technique. This study employed a quantitative correlational method. The hypothesis was tested using the Pearson product-moment correlation technique with the assistance of JASP software. The results indicate a significant correlation between the two variables, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.797 and a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). This indicates a strong positive relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment among employees.
