HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS PRODUK DENGAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN TERHADAP PRODUKIVITAS MEREK X PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS ILMU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA

Abstrak
Fenomena back to nature yang terjadi membuat masyarakat khsusunya kalangan muda seperti mahasiswa membutuhkan alat-alat penunjang untuk kegaiatan tersebut, salah satu ialah produk tas yang memiliki kualitas yang baik sebagai pilihan pembelian bagi konsumen, dalam hal ini produk tas merk X banyak yang menjadi pilihan pembelian konsumen karena memiliki kualitas produk bagus juga baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas produk dengan keputusan pembelian terhadap produk tas merek X. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini diambil dari mahasiswa FIP Unesa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menerapkan purposive sampling mengkhususkan kriteria laki-laki/perempuan, mahasiswa FIP Unesa, pernah membeli produk tas merk X. Instrumen yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini ialah skala kualitas produk oleh Kotler dan Keller (2016) dan skala keputusan pembelian oleh Garvin (1987). Analisa data dalam penelitian ini memakai korelasi Product Moment menggunakan program SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil nilai signifikansi ialah 0,000 dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,980. Maka dapat dikatakan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 berarti terjadi korelasi yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian, sedangkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ialah 0,980 disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara variabel kualitas produk dan variabel keputusan pembelian.

Abstract
The back to nature phenomenon that occurs makes people especially young people such as students need supporting tools for back to nature activities, one of which is a bag product that has good quality as a purchasing choice for consumers, in this case brand X bag products are widely used. consumer purchasing decisions because they have good product quality. This study aims to determine the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions for X bag products. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population of this research was taken from FIP Unesa student. The sampling technique applied purposive sampling especially by criteria of male/female,FIP Unesa student, had purchased X bag products.The instruments used in this study were the product quality scale by Kotler and Keller (2016) and the purchasing decision scale by Garvin (1987). Data analysis in this study uses Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS 25 for windows program. The results showed a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.980. So it can be said with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, means there is a significant correlation between product quality variables and purchasing decisions, while the correlation coefficient value of 0.980 concluded that there is a very strong relationship between product quality variables and purchasing decision variables.
