HUBUNGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL PADA KARYAWAN RUMAH MAKAN X

Abstrak
Rumah makan X berdiri sejak tahun 2017 dan memiliki cabang di beberapa kota. Femonema ini diawali dengan komitmen organisasi karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk dari komitmen organisasi dari karyawan rumah makan X dan budaya organisasi dari rumah makan X. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui komparasi atau hubungan dari budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan rumah makan X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh yang mana menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi karyawan rumah makan X sebanyak 30 orang. Validitas penelitian ini akan dikur dengan Product Moment dan diukur menggunakan SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Sedangkan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Croncbach dan diukur menggunakan SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Analisis data untuk mengetahui korelasi akan menggunakan product moment. Analisa data akan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji hipotesis yang akan dibantu menggunakan SPSS 25.0 for Windows.

Abstract
Restaurant X established since 2017 and has branches in several city. This phenomenon begins with employee organizational commitment which can changes, one of which is influenced by organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to determine the shape from the organizational commitment of the employees of restaurant X and the organizational culture of the restaurant X. This study was also conducted to determine the comparison or relationship of organizational culture to the organizational commitment of employees of restaurant X. The method used in this study is quantitative with research methods using a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique which uses all members of the employee population of restaurant X as many as 30 people. The validity of this research will be measured using Product Moment and measured using SPSS 25.0 for Windows. As for the reliability test using Alpha Croncbach and measured using SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Data analysis to determine the correlation will use the product moment. Data analysis will go through several stages, namely normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing which will be assisted using SPSS 25.0 for Windows.
