Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan Pengembangan Gerakan Reformer Pilates

Tanpa Menggunakan Alat Reformer (Pilates At Home) yang layak, praktis, dan aman digunakan sebagai alternatif latihan

berbasis rumah. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan penggunaan alat reformer Pilates yang membutuhkan

biaya tinggi, ruang khusus, dan akses yang terbatas bagi masyarakat umum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah

Research and Development (R&D). Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan produk, validasi ahli,

revisi produk, dan uji coba produk. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli Pilates dan ahli olahraga menggunakan instrumen angket

skala Likert. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui lembar validasi ahli, lembar observasi, dan angket respon peserta. Teknik

analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan validitas Aiken’s V untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan

produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model latihan Pilates At Home memperoleh nilai validitas Aiken’s V sebesar

0,76 yang termasuk dalam kategori valid. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu mengikuti latihan dengan

baik dan aman. Selain itu, hasil angket respon peserta menunjukkan bahwa program latihan mudah dipahami, nyaman

dilakukan, serta membantu meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan kekuatan inti tubuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat

disimpulkan bahwa model latihan Pengembangan Gerakan Reformer Pilates Tanpa Menggunakan Alat Reformer (Pilates

At Home) layak digunakan sebagai alternatif latihan Pilates berbasis rumah yang praktis, aman dan ekonomis bagi

masyarakat.
