Pengaruh Adaptabilitas Karier dan Dukungan Sosial dengan Kecemasan Karier pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir

Latar Belakang: Fase transisi dari perguruan tinggi menuju dunia kerja sering kali menimbulkan ketidakpastian yang berujung pada kecemasan karier bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adaptabilitas karier dan dukungan sosial secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kecemasan karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel terdiri dari 502 mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang diambil melalui teknik convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring menggunakan instrumen yang peneliti adopsi meliputi Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Short Form (CAAS-SF), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), dan Career Anxiety Scale (CAS). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptabilitas karier dan dukungan sosial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecemasan karier (F = 43,871; p < 0,001) dengan kontribusi sebesar 15% (R² = 0,150). Secara parsial, adaptabilitas karier memberikan kontribusi efektif yang lebih besar (7,02%) dibandingkan dengan dukungan sosial (2,43%) dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan karier. Simpulan: Kesimpulannya, peningkatan adaptabilitas karier yang didampingi dengan sistem dukungan sosial yang memadai dapat secara efektif mengurangi tingkat kecemasan karier mahasiswa.
