Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Flourishing Mahasiswa yang Sedang Mengerjakan Tugas Akhir

Psikologi positif menjelaskan bahwa mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir tetap dapat berfungsi secara optimal meskipun berada dalam tekanan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi flourishing mahasiswa tingkat akhir selama mengerjakan tugas akhir. Konsep flourishing mengacu pada model PERMA dari Martin Seligman. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dengan analisis Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari lima mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari berbagai fakultas di Surabaya yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat lima faktor utama yang mendukung flourishing mahasiswa, yaitu kemampuan regulasi emosi dan resiliensi, pengaturan ritme dan cara bekerja, strategi coping, dukungan sosial, serta motivasi dan orientasi masa depan. Mahasiswa mampu menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis melalui pemaknaan positif terhadap tekanan, pengelolaan emosi yang adaptif, dukungan dari lingkungan sosial, serta kemampuan mempertahankan motivasi selama proses pengerjaan tugas akhir. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa flourishing mahasiswa merupakan hasil interaksi dinamis antara faktor internal dan eksternal yang membantu mahasiswa bertahan dan berkembang di tengah tekanan akademik.
