Hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support dengan Work Life Balance Pada Karyawan Produksi PT.X

Sumber daya manusia merupakan kompenen penting dalam membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuan organisasi, sehingga menjadi penting karyawan memiliki keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dalam mengatur waktu dengan bijaksana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan work life balance pada karyawan produksi PT.X. Mengunakan metode kuantitatif kepada 62 karyawan produksi devisi circular loom. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari dua skala yaitu skala perceived organizational support dan work life balance. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pearson product moment. Hasil analisis menunjukan signifikansi 0,000 (p>0,05) yang diartikan terdapat hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan work life balance. Nilai koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,603 (r=0,603) yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif atau searah dalam kategori kuat. Semakin tinggi nilai perceived organizational support maka akan semakin tinggi juga work life balance karyawan produksi PT.X.
