Studi Literatur: Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Kerja pada Karyawan

Kualitas kehidupan kerja merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perusahaan yang saat ini semakin banyak mendapat perhatian. Banyak perusahaan berupaya meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana mereka demi mendukung kenyamanan dan produktivitas karyawan sehingga kualitas kehidupan kerja juga lebih terjamin. Hal ini berangkat dari adanya pemikiran bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja memiliki keterkaitan dan dapat berpengaruh positif pada keterikatan kerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi ada tidaknya pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan terhadap keterikatan kerja dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur. Kajian dilakukan dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah melalui beberapa sumber, seperti google scholar, sciencedirect, dan semantic scholar. Setelah menemukan 200 literatur yang relevan, 10 literatur dipilih untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Berdasarkan analisis berbagai literatur relevan, ditemukan bahwa tinggi rendahnya tingkat kualitas kehidupan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan memiliki pengaruh pada keterikatan kerja, baik secara langsung maupun dengan variabel mediator. Ketika karyawan merasa kualitas kehidupan kerja mereka cenderung tinggi, maka keterikatan kerja juga akan cenderung tinggi. Sementara itu, kualitas kehidupan kerja yang rendah juga berpotensi menyebabkan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan menjadi rendah.
Abstract
Quality of work life is one of the important aspects in the company that is currently receiving more and more attention. Many companies are trying to improve their facilities and infrastructure to support employee comfort and productivity so that the quality of work life is also more secure. This is based on the idea that quality of work life is related to and can have a positive effect on employee engagement. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of exploring whether or not there is an influence of the quality of work life perceived by employees on work engagement using the literature study method. The study was conducted by analyzing various scientific literature through several sources, such as google scholar, sciencedirect, and semantic scholar. After finding 200 relevant literatures, 10 literatures were selected for further analysis. Based on the analysis of various relevant literatures, it was found that the high level of quality of work life perceived by employees has an influence on work engagement, both directly and with mediator variables. When employees feel that their quality of work life tends to be high, then work engagement will also tend to be high. Meanwhile, low quality of work life also has the potential to cause low work engagement in employees.
