Abstract

Polisi Wanita menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam menyeimbangkan peran profesional dan domestik yang dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis mereka.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan psychological well-being pada Polisi Wanita di Daerah Tulungagung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 58 Polisi Wanita yang berstatus menikah dan memiliki anak di Polres Tulungagung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Konflik Peran Ganda (18 item, α=0,762) dan Skala Psychological Well-Being (17 item, α=0,993). Analisis data menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dengan JASP 18.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang sangat tinggi dan signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dengan psychological well-being pada konteks Polisi Wanita di Tulungagung (r=0,973, p<0,001). Terdapat hubungan positif sangat kuat antara konflik peran ganda dengan psychological well-being pada Polisi Wanita di Tulungagung, yang mengindikasikan bahwa dengan dukungan sosial dan resiliensi memadai, konflik peran dapat menjadi stimulus pertumbuhan psikologis.

Abstract

Female police officers face complex challenges in balancing professional and domestic roles that can affect their psychological well-being.This study aims to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and psychological well-being among female police officers in Tulungagung area.This study used a correlational quantitative approach involving 58 married female police officers with children at Tulungagung Police Resort. Data collection used the Dual Role Conflict Scale (18 items, α=0.762) and the Psychological Well-Being Scale (17 items, α=0.993). Data analysis used Pearson Product Moment with JASP 18.0. The results showed a very strong and significant positive relationship between dual role conflict and psychological well-being (r=0.973, p<0.001). There is a very strong positive relationship between dual role conflict and psychological well-being among female police officers in Tulungagung, indicating that with adequate social support and resilience, role conflict can serve as a stimulus for psychological growth.
