PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS(STAD) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN ADMINISTRASI PAJAK KELAS XI AKUNTANSI DI SMKN 2 BUDURAN SIDOARJO

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas atau yang lebih disingkat PTK merupakan suatu penelitian yang berawal dari sebuah permasalahan yang ada di kelas yang diselesaikan dengan cara melakukan beberapa siklus.Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilaksanakan, permasalahan yang terjadi di SMKN 2 Buduran pada saat proses belajar mengajar adalah hasil belajar peserta didik yang rendah atau belum mencapai ketuntasan minimal pada mata pelajaran administrasi pajak. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan cara model pembelajaran STAD diterapkan. Hasil yang peneliti dilakukan bersama guru kolaborator, diketahui bahwa pada siklus pertama pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran STAD mendapatkan prosentase 89% dan siklus kedua sebesar 95% sehingga kriteria yang didapat adalah sangat baik. Capaian hasil belajar peserta didik telah meningkat dimana pada siklus satu mendapatkan prosentase sebesar 75% dan di siklus dua telah meningkat hingga mendapatkan kriteria sangat aktif dengan prosentase akhir sebesar 83%. Respon peserta didik memperoleh respon yang positif pada siklus satu dengan prosentase sebesar 84% sedangkan di siklus dua sebesar 86% dengan kriteria sangat memahami. Dari hasil tersebutdapat disimpulkan dimana penerapan model pembelajaran STAD dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik agar meningkat pada mata pelajaran administrasi pajak kelas XI Akuntansi di SMKN 2 Buduran Sidoarjo.

Abstract
Classroom Action Research or more abbreviated PTK is a study that begins with a problem in the classroom that is solved by conducting several cycles. learners who are low or have not reached the minimum completeness in tax administration subjects. In this study aims to improve student learning outcomes by means of the STAD learning model applied. The results of the researchers conducted with collaborator teachers, it is known that in the first cycle of learning implementation in implementing STAD learning models get a percentage of 89% and the second cycle of 95% so that the criteria obtained are very good. Student learning outcomes have increased where in the first cycle to get a percentage of 75% and in the second cycle has increased to get very active criteria with a final percentage of 83%. The response of students got a positive response in cycle one with a percentage of 84% while in the second cycle of 86% with the criteria of understanding. From these results it can be concluded that the application of the STAD learning model can influence student learning outcomes so that it increases in tax administration subjects in class XI Accounting at SMKN 2 Buduran Sidoarjo.
