PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER (NHT) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI PELAJARAN PERBANKAN DASAR KELAS X AKUNTANSI SMK NEGERI 2 BUDURAN

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan penelitian pembelajaran didalam kelas yang dilaksanakan guru untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah pembelajaran yang dihadapi untuk peningkatan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMKN 2 Buduran permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran ialah masih rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi pelajaran perbankan dasar. Tujuan Penelitian ialah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan penerapan model pembelajaran NHT yang sesuai dengan sintaks yang telah dirancang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes, dan Kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yakni berupa lembar observasi, lembar tes, dan lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran, analisis hasil belajar peserta didik, dan analisis respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah melaksanakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Heads Together (NHT) sesuai dengan sintaks pada RPP ditunjukkan dengan perolehan skor keterlaksanaan 80% pada siklus l dan 90% pada siklus ll. Hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan, ditunjukkan dengan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus satu sebesar 72,22% meningkat menjadi 83,33% pada siklus II. Respon peserta didik terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Heads Together (NHT) mendapat respon yang sangat positif ditunjukkan dengan perolehan rata-rata 77,27% pada siklus l dan 88,15% pada siklus ll.

Abstract
Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a classroom learning study conducted by teachers to addres learning problems encountered to improve learning outcomes. Based on observation at SMKN 2 Buduran the problem that occurs in learning is the low learning outcomes of students in basci subject matter. The research objective is to improve student learning outcomes by implementation NHT Cooperative learning models that are in accordance with the syntax that has been designed. Data collection techniques done by using observation, tests and questionnaires. Research instrument used are observation sheets, test sheets, and questionnaire sheets. Data analysis techniques used are implementation learning, students learning outcomes analysis, and analysis of student responses. The results showing that teacher has implemented the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model according to the syntax in the RPP showed by score gained from implementation aspect by 80% in cycle I and 90% on cycle II. Learning outcomes have increased, proved by classical completeness by 72.22% on cycle I increased to 83.33% on cycle II. Student responses to the application of the cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) gets very positive response showed by the acquisition of an average of 77.27% on cycle l and 88.15% on cycle ll.
