Hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support dengan Work Engagement pada Prajurit TNI-AD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan work engagement pada prajurit TNI-AD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 53 prajurit TNI-AD. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua skala utama, yaitu skala Perceived Organizational Support dan skala Work Engagement. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment dengan bantuan SPSS untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel pada prajurit TNI-AD. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,628 (r = 0,628) menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel tersebut kuar dan searah artinya semakin tinggi skor perceived organizational support maka semakin tinggi pula work engagement yang dimiliki oleh prajurit TNI-AD.
