HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSON JOB FIT DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI PT. X

Sektor industri makanan dan minuman memiliki posisi penting dalam mendukung serta menopang perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia. Suatu perusahaan membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang profesional dan memiliki komitmen untuk setiap divisinya. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi salah satunya adalah person job fit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara person job fit dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan bagian produksi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan subjek berjumlah 250 karyawan bagian produksi di PT X. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari skala person job fit dan skala komitmen organisasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai signifikansii sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05), hasil hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yakni menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara person job fit dengan komitmen organsisasi pada karyawan bagian produksi. Koefisien korelasi yang muncul dari proses analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni 0.609 (r=0.609), yang menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat antara person job fit dengan komitmen organsisasi pada karyawan bagian produksi.
Abstract
The food and beverage industry sector has an important position in supporting and sustaining economic development in Indonesia. A company needs a professional and committed workforce for each division. There are several factors that influence organizational commitment, one of which is person job fit. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between person job fit and organizational commitment in production employees. The method used in this research is quantitative with subjects totaling 250 production employees at PT X. The instrument used consists of a person job fit scale and an organizational commitment scale. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique with the help of SPSS 27.0 for windows software. The results of data analysis obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), the results of the hypothesis in this study are accepted, which shows a significant relationship between person job fit and organizational commitment in production employees. The correlation coefficient that emerged from the data analysis process in this study is 0.609 (r=0.609), which shows a strong correlation between person job fit and organizational commitment in production employees.
