Hubungan antara Religiusitas dengan Komitmen Organisasi pada Organisasi Mahasiswa

Religi adalah pedoman hidup yang mengarahkan manusia agar berkehidupan lebih baik, sehingga orang yang memiliki religiusitas yang baik patutnya berperilaku dengan baik juga. Namun, ada fenomena di organisasi yang bernuansa religi pun ternyata tidak menjamin seluruh anggotanya berperilaku sesuai nilai integritas dari religi itu sendiri, salah satunya adalah komitmen dalam berorganisasi yang sejalan dengan nilai amanah dalam beragama. Pada organisasi non-profit, komitmen anggota memang seringkali menjadi masalah karena mengandalkan tenaga sukarela tanpa imbalan finansial. Seharusnya, religiusitas dapat digunakan sebagai jangkar moral internal untuk menggantikan peran insentif finansial demi menjaga loyalitas anggota, guna keberlanjutan dan pengembangan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dengan komitmen organisasi pada mahasiswa pengurus organisasi mahasiswa. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain korelasi non-parametrik Spearman’s Rho dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 80 fungsionaris aktif yang diperoleh melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan adaptasi Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS) dan Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). Analisis menunjukkan nilai korelasi r = 0,374 dengan signifikansi p = 0,001 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan pada tingkat kekuatan hubungan yang cukup. Religiusitas berkontribusi sebesar 13,9% terhadap komitmen organisasi, di mana dimensi komitmen afektif menjadi yang paling dominan, sementara dimensi ideologi pada religiusitas tidak berkorelasi signifikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas memang memiliki korelasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada mahasiswa, namun tidak bisa mengandalkan hal tersebut saja. Organisasi perlu memperkuat praktik keagamaan kolektif guna membangun ikatan afektif dan menginternalisasi nilai amanah agar mahasiswa memiliki tanggung jawab moral untuk bertahan.
