Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterikatan kerja dan perilaku produktif pada karyawan PT. X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang karyawan yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala keterikatan kerja dan perilaku produktif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Pearson Produk Moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Keterikatan Kerja memiliki hubungan positif yang kuat terhadap Perilaku Produktif pada karyawan (r =0.856, p < 0.01). Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 menunjukkan bahwa hubungan tersebut sangat signifikan secara statistik. Semakin tinggi keterikatan kerja yang dimiliki karyawan, semakin tinggi pula perilaku produktif yang ditunjukkan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterikatan kerja berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku kerja yang produktif.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between work engagement and productive behavior among employees of PT. X. The research method employed was quantitative with a sample size of 40 employees selected through total sampling technique. The measurement instruments used were the Work Engagement Scale and the Productive Behavior Scale. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. The analysis results indicate that Work Engagement has a strong positive correlation with Productive Behavior among employees (r = .856, p < 0.01). The significance value of 0.001 demonstrates that this relationship is statistically highly significant. The higher the level of work engagement an employee has, the higher the level of productive behavior they tend to exhibit. This study concludes that work engagement plays an important role in shaping productive work behavior.
