Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan work life balance pada karyawan di PT. X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 130 karyawan di PT. X sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan menggunakan instrumen berupa skala psikologi yang dikembangkan peneliti. Skala psikologi yang dikembangkan peneliti terdiri dari iklim organisasi dan work life balance. Analisis data dilaksanakaan dengan uji korelasi pearson product moment menggunakan software SPSS 27.0 for Windows. Hasil analisis data memperhatikan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05) yang mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan work life balance. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0.679 (r = 0.679) sehingga menandakan bahwa hubungan tersebut tergolong dalam kategori kuat. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan antar variabel signifikan sehingga memiliki makna terdapat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan work life balance pada karyawan di PT. X.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and work life balance in employees at PT. X. The research method used is quantitative correlation involving 130 employees at PT X as research samples. The research sample was selected using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques were carried out using instruments in the form of psychological scales developed by researchers. The psychological scale developed by the researcher consists of organizational climate and work life balance. Data analysis was carried out with the Pearson product moment correlation test using SPSS 27.0 for Windows software. The results of data analysis noticed a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05) which indicates that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and work life balance. The correlation coefficient obtained is 0.679 (r = 0.679), indicating that the relationship is classified in the strong category. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the relationship between variables is significant so that it means that there is a relationship between organizational climate and work life balance in employees at PT X.
