Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengetahui hubungan antara grit dengan flourishing pada Perawat di Rumah Sakit X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 106 perawat di Rumah Sakit X sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini dipilih dengan Teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan menggunakan instrument berupa skala psikologi yang terdiri dari grit dan flourishing. Analisis data dilaksanakan menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment yang memanfaatkan IBM SPSS statistic 26.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05) yang dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara grit dan flourishing. Koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan sebesar 0.768 (r=0.768) sehingga menandakan bahwa hubungan tergolong kategori kuat dan positif. Koefisien korelasi juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar variabel yakni grit dan flourishing memiliki hubungan yang searah dan positif sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat grit pada perawat maka akan semakin tinggi juga tingkat flourishing dalam diri perawat. Di lain sisi, jika grit rendah maka akan menurunkan flourishing pada perawat di Rumah Sakit X. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yang berbunyi “terdapat hubungan antara grit dengan flourishing pada perawat di rumah sakit X” dapat diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between grit and flourishing among nurses at Hospital X. The research method used was a quantitative correlational study involving 106 nurses at Hospital X as the research sample. The research sample was selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a psychological scale instrument consisting of grit and flourishing. Data analysis was performed using Pearson's product-moment correlation test utilizing IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between grit and flourishing. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.768 (r=0.768), indicating that the relationship is strong and positive. The correlation coefficient also shows that the relationship between the variables, namely grit and flourishing, is positive and direct, meaning that the higher the level of grit in nurses, the higher the level of flourishing in nurses. On the other hand, low grit levels will reduce flourishing among nurses at Hospital X. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study, which states that “there is a relationship between grit and flourishing among nurses at Hospital X,” is accepted.
